Custom Order - Deposit

Want your own custom Pure Barkin slip dress or trench coat? We got you! 

Here's how it works: 

• Purchase this custom order option (this is a £50 deposit).
• Make sure your email address is included when filling out your contact details on your order.
• Wait for us to contact you! 
• If you already have your own trench coat or slip dress you would like printed, please purchase this deposit and we will get in touch with you to discuss! Garments can only be printed if they are made up of at least 50% manmade fibres (info usually on their inside label)

The process: 

• You will receive an email to discuss your sizing and design ideas.
• We will start with giving you a full price quote once we have your design information along with a moodboard and digital sketch to indicate the design direction and aesthetic, once this has been agreed your deposit is final and non refundable. 
•  We will then continue with sourcing the right dress or trench coat for you (This process can take a couple of weeks as we work with second hand and vintage items)
• Once your coat/dress has been sourced, we will produce up to 3 design mock ups for you to choose from. Your quoted price also includes up to 2 edits during the mock up stage, additional edits can be discussed at a small additional fee.
• After a final design has been agreed, your garment will be printed and presented to you before final payment.
• After final payment, your garment will be ready for collection or postage.
• THEN - It's time to look HOT! 

Pricing: 

• Custom garments are priced between £100 and £250 depending on the print detail and garment (pricing differs if you are supplying your own garments). A quote will be given once we have discussed your design ideas, if you want to keep it within a certain budget we can discuss this too.
• Payment plans are available, get in touch!

Sizing:

• You will be asked to provide measurements and sizing to help us source the correct garment for you, please make these as accurate as possible.
• If you are able to to visit us in store, we can arrange a fitting once garment options have been sourced.

Returns/Refunds:

• After your design idea has been agreed and the design and sourcing work has begun, your deposit is non refundable. 
• Custom garments can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Timescales: 

• Custom garment timescales can vary due to the sourcing process. We source vintage and secondhand pieces in your size, these also need cleaned and occasionally repaired, we try to do this within 2-3 weeks but you will be kept up to date if the process takes longer.
• If you are ordering a custom garment for a specific date or special occasion, we recommend you do this at least 2 months in advance.
